![]() This could have been sanded and filed out, but I redrew those two surfaces again and will make a second neck with some new poplar which I just bought today. I noticed that the peghead to shaft transition had a bulge in the joint. ![]() I ran the program a second time and it came out the way it should have. My fault, I didn't create an offset toolpath, so I went back in the house and did that part again. ![]() I noticed on the first pass of the perimeter cut that I was cutting on the toolpath and not outside of it. I jointed one face and stuck it to a new spoil board which I leveled with a 1/2 straight bit. I ran my neck program on a piece of free poplar I had here which I cut when I was doing the other concurrent thread. OK, I decided to switch gears back to this for a while.
